I am not about staging the right photo. I want to capture your day, your relationship and your unique love..  Yes we will do all those family shots and portraits too!  but the best part of my job is to capture the feelings and the in-between moments so you can look back and cherish them forever.

In our initial emails I will send over full wedding photography guide with all of my packages, pricing and information. From there I would love to schedule a Zoom or FaceTime with you to answer any question you might have and to get to know each other. This a great opportunity to pick my brain for ideas and we can plan a vision together! I also want to know a little about your story and the things that are important to you.

After our call and initial emails and when you decide on the wedding package that is right for you, I will send over more recourses to help keep you organized.

Sign Agreement

Once we have nailed down the date and all the details I will send over a custom contract to sign as well as an invoice for your retainer.

When the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your date is officially in my calendar!

I will send out a few detailed questionnaires so we can start to plan your perfect engagement shoot.

Engagement photos are truly one of the best parts about my job. After filling out a get to know you questionnaire we can collaborate on locations, outfits and a vision. I can be as involved in the planning as you like!
This is a chance to get a feel for what it is like to work with me and get comfortable in front of my camera.
I will give you actions and things to do so you aren’t focused on me, but each other and your connection.

I know you will be busy gathering the details and putting together all of the finishing touches for you day.
I am here, not just to snap photos, but assist you in any way that I can! I will offer locations suggestions and ideas. But where I really love to help you is with the timeline of your wedding day.
We will work together to make sure your day is stress free and you can savour every moment

On the day of your wedding I will arrive early, I am not just another vendor so if you need anything or something was forgotten, let me know! I will arrive at your location and we will have anywhere from one to two hours to shoot. I always shoot until I am satisfied with the content, but expect about an hour, unless we have more than one location.

WITH ME, YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT THE NERVES OF WHAT’S NEXT.

I know there are always so many nerves coming into a photoshoot. But don’t worry, I got you. I will keep you moving and focused on each other so you aren’t so concerned about the camera. Most of us aren’t models, but you memories are always photogenic.

Frequent Questions

  • What Do We Wear?

    This is the easily the question I get asked the most. I will send you a what to wear guide with colour schemes and examples. I also encourage you to bring more than one outfit! I am happy to help out in any way I can. I also have an amazing client closet full of dresses of all sizes that you will have access to.

  • How Many Images Do You Include?

    This depends on the package you purchase, but I never withhold great photos! These are YOUR memories! For a full wedding day I will deliver 50+ images for every hour I shoot. All photos are professionally edited and retouched. Sessions Have a minimum of 40 images.

  • What Is The Turnaround Time For Our Images?

    Turnaround time for regular sessions is 2 to 3 weeks, weddings and events I deliver between 5 and 6 weeks & I will never rush through your photos. I'll most likely tease you with a sneak peek to tide you over.

  • How Do I Get My Photos?

    I will deliver your photos in an online gallery. From there you can download, print and share all of your high resolution photos. For a regular session, photos will be ready between 2 and 3 weeks. Weddings are about 6 weeks.

  • Do You Travel?

    YES! Before I photographed families and weddings I traveled all over the world photographing people and places. I am based in Edmonton, Alberta but I will go literally anywhere. I am often in Calgary and Banff National Park.

  • What if We Aren’t Models?

    I know it's not natural for most of us to get in front of the camera, but I am here for you! I will give you actions and things to do so you aren’t focused on me, but each other and your connection. If we need to go for a drink beforehand, let me know. I am here for it!

  • Will You Photoshop Us?

    I don't want to alter your appearance in any way but I will take care of any blemishes, scratches, scrapes or bruises. My style does involve some skin softening as well. If there is something you are particularly self-conscience about, please let me know so I can take it into consideration when I am directing you!
